Lee R. Phillips, Biography

Lee R. Phillips, Attorney is a United States Supreme Court Counselor. Lee has held licenses in real estate, securities, life insurance and as a registered investment adviser. He also has three university degrees—BS, MS, JD. A nationally recognized expert, Lee specializes in the fields of asset protection, business structuring, estate and financial planning. Lee founded LegaLees Corporation, a company specializing in solving tax and asset protection problems of the wealthy.

After graduating, from one of the nation's top 25 law schools, he practiced law as a patent attorney. Afterward, Lee spent five years in the dual position of Associate Director of Research and Assistant General Counsel at the largest private university in the nation.

Lee serves on the editorial boards of several professional publications, and has been regularly published in several magazines including Monetary Intelligence, Broker News and Physician's Money Digest, and he has also authored nineteen books. Time-Warner Book-of-the-Month Club selected Lee’s book, Trust Me, as a book of the month selection. His new book, Guaranteed Millionaire, exposes the legal "loopholes" the rich use to make more money.
